22.Cast your film and take casting shots. Blog your reasons for casting.
We have chosen two actors which re perfect on the roles of rappers they both love rap, hip hop and basketball. They are both friends like 50 cent and dr DRE in the video they can act like them perfectly especially if considure that one of them looks like real copy of Curtis Jackson (50 cent). We belive they will do great job in our movie.

17.Create a story arc for the whole of your video; write a brief synopsis
This is a brief synopsis of our storyline:
At first we see a person working out and taking a break. the music starts to kick in and the scene changes to the rapper who starts off the song...
Our Music Video shows the struggle of an upcoming boxer (our underdog) who works hard in order to achieve success in boxing. The training scenes will be in black and white, a way to intensify the scene, while the rapper will most likely be shown in colour. This will create a sort of past to present effect. The song and the clip will come to a conclusion at the end.

An extra task: Stop Motion
This video is made with stop motion and our top actors: Anna and Paul! The music is an extract "Hustler" by Simian Mobile Disco, all rights belong to the artist.

Kill a nig** on my song but really do it

Believe you me homie i know all bout losses

Been bangin since my lil nig** Rob got killed for his Barkley's
That's 10 years I told Pooh in 95' I'd kill you if you try me for my Air Max 95s
Told Banks when i met him imma ride
And if I gotta die rather homicide

See how time fly?

Used to see 5-0 throw the crack by the bench
Now i'm f***** with ~5-0~ it's all startin to make ~sense~
My moms happy she ain't gotta pay the rent
And she got a red bow on that brand new Benz
Waitin on Sha Money to land sittin in the Range
Thinkin how they spend 30 million dollars on airplanes
When there's kids starvin
Pac is gone and Brendas still throwin babies in the garbage
I wanna know what's goin on like i hear Marvin
No school books they use that wood to build coffins
Whenever I'm in the booth and i get exhausted
I think what if Marie Banker got that abortion
I love ya Ma'

11.Go to http://www.uktribes.com and http://www.findyourtribe.co.uk and use them to define your perfect audience member. (Have some fun and find out what tribe you are too). Create a complete picture of your audience member, from clothes to the food they eat, music they listen too. You can get a friend to dress up in the appropriate costume and take photos.
As a media company we see everyone as part of our market, but the people who we target specially are Blingers/Street Rats, Townies and Chavs (Terms extracted from UK Tribes). The given definitons of these are:
You are a Street Rat! You’re always out and about, ducking and diving, trying to make a few quid. To do that, there’s a lot of hanging about on park benches, drinking a can of Tesco’s own lager and smoking your last fag – while getting in the face of any innocent bystander that happens to go by. The back of the bus is another hang out – the perfect place to listen to three year old drum’n’bass tunes on your mobile.
You are a Townie! Your job might be a bit boring but it brings home the bacon and helps you save up for those two weeks away to Spain. Your weekends are set in stone – trip to the shops in town, buy yourself something nice, head to the All Bar One with friends, have a laff, maybe go for a club, as long as there’s none of the indie weirdo music. Keep it straight, you say.
You are a Chav! No one likes you but you don’t care. Why would you when you have a high street to hang about on? Grab a bunch of your mates and put in some mooching time, with a bucket of KFC for company. With your matching uniform of trackie pants, Reebok Classics, and gold jewellery, chav isn’t something you grow out of: this is your tribe forever.
I think that most people who fit in these genres might like Hip-Hop/Rap as the lyrics and the music videos express emotions about the current state of the world and what is happening to them. Also they show the struggles of every day life.
The Blingers are people who are more well off and thereby use their money to promote themselves through nice cars and good lifestyle. We want to attract them as well to our music video and we think their will be a lot of links to each of those 4 genres.

7.Pick another video from the genre and choose the 9 key screen shots from it (see www.artofthetitle.com for inspiration). Annotate the 9 shots describing why they are the key shots and what you can take from them as inspiration.
1. We can see the opponent of Rocky for whom he is prepairing, that is why I think this shot is important in the start.
2.This shows how hard Rocky is training.
3.I chose again shot wiyh the opponent to show that he trains very hard as well.
4.The classic shot of The Rocky movie where he uses meat as punching bag.
5.And where he punches simple punching bag as well.
6.I chose this one to show how everybody is worried about him and try to help.
7.This shot shows how he drinks fresh eggs it represents how good is power of will to win.
8.That is classic wallpaper of the movie so I couldnt just not to put it.
9.Here it shows for what he trained.

6.Research similar videos to the one you want to create. Each member of the group should do a full textual analysis of at least 2 videos (cinematography, editing, sound and mise-en-scene).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DP3MFBzMH2o
At the start we hear rocky classic theme as a sound bridge, our main charecter is running in the place where trains goes, towards the camera then he runs by and camera is moving towards his back. Than his running moving to a small, but crowdy street he continues to run towards the camera and camera is moving backwards it is mid shot, then they show it as a close up. than he runs on the simple road the same like on the street (mid shot after close up. In next shot we can see him punching a speed bag (close up). Than doing push ups on one hand mid shot. After coach strikes rocky wih medicine ball on his abs (mid shot), then he does crunches (mid shot). On next shot he hits cows meat as a punching bag (mid shot) after they show again shot where he does push ups mid shot and than close up, than he finishes push up he spekes with his coach (shot/reverse shot). On the next shot he runs on the road next to the sea (far shot). Than he runs on stairs (360) camera moves around showing his back (mid shot) than it moves to his front (mid shot). Than camera moves up towars him and shows his close up in slow motion.
6.Research similar videos to the one you want to create. Each member of the group should do a full textual analysis of at least 2 videos (cinematography, editing, sound and mise-en-scene).
At first we can see a close up of a main charecter that woke up under the bridge oudors. He wears really old dirty clothes and in his hands is jar probably full of coins ,he sleeps outdoors so we understand that our main character is homeless here starts depressing music as sound bridge which is going to play all over the video. Next scene he is in uderground watching at the girl shot/reverse shot. Than he steals soap from the small shop match on action. In the next shot he washes his t shirt than he goes in a building where is low key lightig there is a boxing ring with a huge coach in it. Our main charecter gives his jar full of coins to this coach close up than coach answer with giving him boxing clothes so without words you can understand he just paid for traning. They started to train coach was showing him boxing moves mid shots. He was doing push ups. And stood on punching bag. After he just felt asleep outdoors. Next morning he is looking for money he is working as a gardener with imigrants mid shots then he gets some money (close up). He brings them to the coach, and train again. Skipping, punching bag (mid shots) . Than it shows close up of hiss gold cross and he sells it mid shot, he gets money close up. And then we see how hee trains again. Afterwards we can see he gives his blood match on action , mid shot gets money and train again. Many midshots with traning, sleeping, training. Than he takes a part in street fight midshots earns some money, shows training again. After he is preing in the middle of the church shows his las trainings an then shows how he goes in boxing robe on a fight. Then there is reverse shot of the city and mid shot of the back of our main character. The last shot he stays in the pofessional boxing with croud around before the proffesional fight.

Rap genre. Rap music videos usually shows eather really rich people with a lot of money with flashy thing like cars and watches, or really poor people with strong will to escape from such life and earn some money or it could be gansta video with weapons and shooting. We chose video with charecter with strong power of will to get something from his life.
